By using the 8kbrt website and its associated services, you voluntarily agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between 8kbrt and its members.

• Withdrawals are not permitted while a bonus is active until all wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold in cases of suspicious activity.

Withdrawal Processing Time:

• Every bonus comes with a specific wagering requirement, which can typically range from 1x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time frame from the date the bonus is claimed. Once the deadline passes, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Wagering requirements may also apply to winnings earned from bonuses.
• Some games may not qualify for bonus wagering. Check the eligible games list on the bonus page.
• It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.

8kbrt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer. However, bonuses already claimed with wagering in progress will generally not be affected.

All games on 8kbrt are powered by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring that every outcome is completely random and fair.

• If your internet connection drops during gameplay, any active bets will be settled automatically by the system.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, all bets will be refunded.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. Results will not be changed unless there is evidence of a technical error.
• In Sports Betting, if the odds change, the odds at the time the bet was accepted will apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 8kbrt. Any such activity detected will result in immediate account suspension:

• Fraud: Using a false identity, accessing another person's account, or providing inaccurate information.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or deliberately circumventing bonus terms and conditions.
• Automation: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.
• Collusion: Attempting to influence game outcomes through coordinated play between multiple players.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Hacking: Unauthorized access attempts to the platform's systems, servers, or another member's account.

8kbrt may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause within these terms and conditions.
• KYC verification not completed.
• Suspicious transactions or activity.
• Account inactive for more than 12 months.

Members may close their account at any time by submitting a request to the support team. Before closure, all eligible balances will be made available for withdrawal.

For inactive accounts, a monthly administrative fee of ৳50 will be deducted starting from the 12-month mark, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

8kbrt firmly believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We place the highest importance on the mental and financial well-being of our members.

• Deposit Limit: You can set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Session Limit: You can set a limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Cooling-Off: You may temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: If you need a longer break, you have the option to close your account for a period of 6 months or permanently.
